This afternoon Finley went to Trick or Treat Street at mommy's high school, then to a fundraiser, then out to a late dinner! Again, she was a rockstar!

Trick or treat @ The Farm

We went to a local farm/park and went "trick or treating" (I use this term loosely). It was fun! By the end of it, Finn was "knocking" (using that term loosely also) on the doors herself! ha!

Forgot to mention the cutest thing ever! Finley now calls for Deez, by name, and then "clucks" with her tongue. I am thinking it is because we are constantly making that noise to call Deez over. hahaha Very funny! This little girl is learning and understanding so, so many words now!!! Crazy!

We met Cedar at the coffee shop this afternoon! Finley tried an almond flavored steamer (warm milk with froth) and loved it! Sweet mustache!

Today at Finley's school they had a hay ride on a tractor and got to pick out a pumpkin! Even mom snuck out of work to join in on the fun!

MINE!!!

After many weeks of pondering the inevitable, it happened. I cleared out the cupboards that Finley loves to clear out and climb in! It's hers! Victory is hers! :)

Hugs, hugs and more hugs!

This past month or so has been full of hugs and kisses and more hugs and kisses! Finley has always been a very loving girl, but this past few weeks it is over the top! Hugs to all her animals, hugs to her toys, hugs to pillows, hugs to Axl & to Deez, hugs to grandmas & grandpas and over the top hugs to mommy and daddy! And the open mouth kisses are too funny! She is giving them away much more freely than before and it NEVER gets old! She honestly is the most loving little girl!!!! Cuddles, cuddles and more cuddles! It it so amazing! My baby girl IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!! xoxoxoxoxo

Catching up...

Catching up on some reading while waiting for the doctor. Finley had her 15mo appt. She is in 75% for head circumference, 80% for height (31.49in.) and 80% for weight (23.7lbs.). She is on track with most "milestones" and ahead on many (throwing a ball overhand for example), but is still "behind" on walking.

She just recently (Saturday) starting walking 6-8 steps while holding/pushing a push toy, which is HUGE for her! These are the first steps she has taken "on her own"! She has done it a ton since then and the doctor guesses another month to month and a half until she is full on walking! He also believes it is totally her decision to not be walking yet as she just doesn't feel ready or comfortable yet. But she is fully capable and able to do so... I guess we'll see!
