Rig update...
Today is the first day of 8 hours OUT of the rig! Yeehaw! We just did 2 weeks of 4 hours out and Finley did great! I think those first few days she may of been a bit sore from moving more than she was used to... but overall it went amazing! So we now have 4 weeks of 8 hours out and we are so excited! Pretty much we are putting her in the hip rig for naps and bedtime only! I can not even begin to explain how wonderful it feels to hold my baby girl without the brace! A lot more tummy time and Bumbo seat time! She'll be running around in no time! ha!

Bundled up on a cold day!
We went with our neighbors (Ian, Jen & Keegan) to a coffee shop/indoor playground combo on a rare, dreary Colorado day! This is Finley all bundled up in her carseat, ready to get her "play" on! :)

It's October~ we celebrate all month long!
It's raining and chilly outside today, and mommy felt like dressing me in Halloween digs and having a photo shoot! :)

Busy day visiting doctors...
Today Finley had 2 doctor appointments! The first with Dr. Hartmann, her orthopedic doc, the second was her 2 month check up with Dr. Guenther. The later consisted of shots... :(
Awesome news at the orthopedic doc! We got the green light on weening Finn out of this stupid rig! Mommy and daddy are happier than I can put into words! Her hips are looking great and we get to hold our baby for 4 hours per day without there being plastic between us! After 2 weeks of 4 hours "out", we do 4 weeks of 8 hours "out" and then we are officially done! I've been saving every little thing from her hat she wore on her birthday to the hospital bracelets from her ultrasounds visits, so I should save this expensive rig (and I will) but boy oh boy, does a trip over it with our truck tires sound nice...
Her 2 month appointment (even though she is 2 1/2 months right now) was full of good news as far as her growth milestones and such, but she got 3 shots and she was NOT happy! I have never heard this type of cry from my baby girl and it brought tears to my eyes. Poor little peanut. :(
Height: 22 in. (25th percentile)
Weight: 10lbs. 9oz. (30th percentile)
Head circumference: 15 1/2 in. (50th percentile)
The calm before the storm...
Looking cute as ever!
Notice band-aids on both little legs.... poor baby girl is not happy!
