Thanksgiving started at 10am with (another) crappy Packer game, followed by serious playtime with family, a Quick nap, major pig out and then the night ended with Finley's 1st full length Pixar movie (Madagascar) with mom & dad :)

My first show!

Saturday night was a date night for me, mom and dad! We went our for Thai food and then to the "fancy" Lincoln Center to see my very first show, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, The Musical! I was really loud but I loved every second of it!

Every time a character left the stage... "Mommy! Daddy! Where he go?!" (loudly) hahahaha

The Oompa Loompas were my favorite!

Addie's 2nd Birthday

Birthday party for my buddy, Adelai. She turned 2, just like me. There were sooooo many kiddos there, it was a blast!

Park, farm & frozen yogurt

We went to the park, then farm, watched the (horrible) Packer game at Bumpa & DeeDee's house and then ended the night with some frozen yogurt :))))

We met daddy's good friend from high school, TJ and his wife Jess and daughter Kinsun, at the butterfly pavilion and went out for lunch. It was a fun day in Denver!

Weekend fun

I have no pictures from our weekend but it was such a rejuvinating weekend that I needed to share :) Saturday was a family day, we spent it hanging out at home and Uncle Graham and Auntie Brook came over. We also got some time with Grizzy :) On Sunday Finley's buddies, Cedar and Raliegh came over to watch the (horrible) Packer game and play. Then we went on a family walk (Finley's plastic baby in stroller, included). I made yummy potatoe, leek & ham soup and we just enjoyed eachother's company. After a few weeks of visitors and then traveling, it was well overdue! I am so blessed to be married to Lee and to have such a beautiful and amazing daughter, with another on the way! Feeling very thankful...

Funny tidbits

Some things that come out of Finley's mouth are too cute! She talks NON-STOP!!!!! :)

~"What's that noise?" (while holding her finger to her ear)

~"What's that?" (1,000,000x a day)

~"What's that guy/girl doing?"

~"Oh my gosh!"

~"Daddy is a meatball!"

~(After she has an accident) "Oh no, mommy daddy sad! Finny tell mommy daddy when go potty. Icky. Finny go on potty seat." (she must have heard that one a few times)

~"Where that old lady go?" (referring to gray-haired people)

Random cute story:

While flying back to midwest this past weekend, as we get in the sky Finey says "We see Axl, in the sky!" (heartbreaking and so, so adorable at the same time)

Midwest trip

It started with a car ride, then a bus ride, then a "train" ride, then a plane ride, back to a car ride and ending up at Uncle Jay, Auntie Lisa's & Baby Zoe's house in St. Paul, MN. Then back in a car, drive to Green Bay, WI to eat a little perch, see some great grandmas and grandpas, play with the Christensen kiddos, see my 2nd cousins and more Berken family and then some good quality time with Da and Grandpa. Then back in the car, back in the plane, back on a train, on a bus, in a car and HOME. What a crazy and fun trip...
