We celebrated Finley's 2nd birthday today with lots of good friends and family! Pizza, cake and dinosaur decorations. It was a blast! A lot of my small buddies were there and we played hard!!! Cedar, Sebastian, Elouise, Addie, Reed, Booker, Ryder, Mckenna & Elin were all there to help me celebrate!!!!

Doctor said she is beyond good with physical and emotional milestones! Passed everything with flying colors!

Success!

Finley had ZERO potty accidents today and only 1/2 of a poopy accident (I caught her 1/2 way through)! What a rockstar! She went potty on her toilet every time today!!!! Woke up dry from nap, also! So proud of my peanut!!!! Hope it continues to get better from here on out...

Potty training

We started Sunday afternoon and we are still in the thick of it today. We have had a lot of accidents and a lot of successes! It's very time consuming and emotional, but I feel Finley has made definite progress! We are giving it a few more days and then we will re-evaluate and see :) We have been wearing big girl undies or going naked. No poops in the potty yet and we have not switched over for nap times or bedtimes yet... Although today she fell asleep in car and I put her down in her crib for nap, with just her underwear on! Guess we will see when she wakes up! I know there are so many opinions on "readiness", "age", "techniques"... Of course I have over-thought and second guessed them all, but we decided to do what feels right for us and we will see what happens! It's been 3 days at 3pm today, and today she has had ZERO accidents so far today! Could this be the light at the end of the tunnel? We will see! :))

Fun times with Adeline & Jacqui!

Mommy & daddy's good friend, Jacqui and her daughter, Adeline came to the Fort for the night! We played in the backyard, bummed around Old Town, hit up Equinox Brewery and went out to dinner. Then in the morning we woke up and went to the pool! We love them so much!!!
