25 weeks...

Baby girl is active!!!  Movin' and groovin' like crazy!  It's pretty cool, although every time daddy puts his hands on my belly to feel... she stops!  It's like she is messing with him on purpose! hahaha  I'm still in an Aqua Natal class 3x a week, and loving it!  It's been a great way for me to keep active!  Although the swimsuit has definitely been fitting differently each week!  ha!  My belly button is still doing it's thing... Nursery is still in the "visionary stage", but will hopefully become a reality this next month!  So excited to start organizing all the rad outfits our friends and family have already started giving us!  Going to be a stylish girl!  Duh.  :)

Happy Easter!

This is me trying to deal with my ever changing belly button!!!  (It was hard to color in the eye balls as it was too close for comfort!)  Happy Easter everyone!!!

A grocery store "moment"...

So, I was at the grocery store on Tuesday afternoon to get my PUFFINS Peanut Butter cereal (that I HAVE to eat every morning).  Well... THEY WERE ALL GONE!!!  So I was freaking out, pacing the cereal aisle.  Contemplating getting Captain Crunch peanut butter cereal (as it isn't as "natural"/"healthy"), when a random lady says to me, "So... you're craving peanut butter cereal, eh?  I did too, when I was pregnant."  It was funny, but also very cool, as she was the first "stranger" to notice I was actually pregnant and not just a fat kid.  I smiled the whole drive home!  :)

24 weeks... 6 months!!!!

Can't believe it!!!  I am 6 months!  Holy crap!  Things are great!  Except for my disgusting belly button which is starting to creep out!  I hate belly buttons in general, so this is creepy!!!  :)  I guess it means I am growing!  I like getting fatter and fatter!  It's fun!  Baby Berken is getting bigger every day!  She is moving a lot, especially at night!  Lee is still waiting to feel it from the outside... We can't wait for that!  We were finishing up our registering at Babies R Us yesterday and we saw this cute outfit that said, "Daddy's Little Girl"... lets just say Lee's eyes were a little "misty"....  I love him so much and I am so excited for our baby girl to join our family!

Nursery Update!

Dr. Seuss (as much as I love him) is OUT.  Chocolate, sage, light pink & white is IN.

Fun stuff...

Daddy joined baby and me for our Aqua Natal swim class on Friday!  It was "labor coach" day!  It was super fun!  Lee did pretty well... had some trouble with some of the moves, but it was a blast!  Funny stuff!


We are hoping baby girl lets us go to see My Morning Jacket at Red Rocks this summer... 1st row!!!!! I am considered Mobility Impaired!  :)   Only thing is... the show is 4 days before our due date!  We'll see!!!
